Delivery Policy
At Guernsey Marine Supplies, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably across the island.
Local Delivery Only
We currently offer delivery exclusively within the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the UK, or internationally at this time.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all in-stock items in Guernsey within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to Guernsey is FREE.
Delivery to Alderney, Sark, & Jersey is £4.95
Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, we will carefully prepare your items for delivery. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.
Delivery Restrictions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If no one is present, we will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or contact you to rearrange delivery.
Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Guernsey Marine Supplies. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return
To start a return, please email us at returns@guernseymarinesupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item.
Returns can be:
Collected by us (Guernsey only), subject to availability.
Posted back to our address once the return is agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items (if marked)
Items used or not in their original condition
